A working workflow can become the foundation for a digital colleague. We agree which steps it takes over and where the team keeps reviewing.
Does everyone have to switch to a new tool?
No. Employees use the connected AI tools. The portal lets you manage the library, recorded knowledge and access. We check which tools and subscriptions are suitable at the start.
Is this a product or a custom development project?
The platform, connection and initial PE workflows already exist. You get the platform with your first application configured. Maintenance and improvement are included in the subscription, within the agreed scope. We use existing skills and connections where they fit; new specialist workflows and custom connections are agreed separately.
How will company context become richer?
Today we process text, scans, tables and visual information with source references. Dossier-level context, using files in one folder together as background, is partly built and still to be validated. A curator agent is a development direction: assess new documents for missing context and relevant relationships, potentially using additional information from permitted systems.
Does the system automatically learn from everything we do?
You deliberately record conclusions and choose what to share. Feedback can lead to changes in skills or tools. We test those changes. Release goes through an administrator or, where configured, happens automatically within your rules. A conversation or exception does not automatically change company policy.
